I know I haven't posted in awhile.  Lots going on around here.  And I have many stories to catch up on and share, but they will have to wait until another time.  Meanwhile, I'll share this quick little tidbit from this morning....


I woke up to SGM making blueberry pancakes and bacon for breakfast, what a treat for my birthday!  Later, I was loading up the dishwasher and Copper was licking the plates on the bottom rack as per her usual.  I'm minding my own business when all of a sudden she starts flailing around, and generally freaking out.  I look down, see that her collar tags are hooked to the dishwasher rack, and before I could unhook her, the rack (and all of the dishes and silverware in it) is on the floor, still attached to Copper...she finally squirms herself loose, looks like she has seen a ghost, will not get near the rack or the dishes all over the floor until I move them, she then runs to the den and throws up her very recently eaten breakfast.  Happy birthday to me! 

She is clearly preparing me for that our new little bundle of joy...that's right, there will be a new addition to Copperland in January, and not in a furry doggy form.  Let the fun begin!
