A Day in the Life

Wednesday, May 26, 2010

I often wonder what Copper does at Doggy Day Care (DDC) when she goes twice a week.  She does get report cards that consistently say "I played non-stop!" and "I felt excited!" and they clearly continue to let her come back week after week, so hopefully she is not doing too much terrorizing of other dogs / property damage.  Luckily, DDC publishes pictures online from each day so I can check in to see what she might be up to.

It is clear that she most often has a toy in her mouth, and likes to egg on other dogs to chase her.  From personal experience, I know that she always wins this game.  It doesn't appear that her friends have figured this out yet.

My favorite part about this picture above is the size of that dog's paws to the right of Copper.  He clearly has some more growing to do!

Another thing we know for sure is that Copper doesn't seem to love the water.  This just must be really hard for her now that it is hot out and the baby pool has come out at DDC.  I can't wait to see if she gives in over the summer!

Cheers to more Adventures in Copperland!
